Allu Arjun was born in a Telugu family in Madras (now Chennai) on April 8, 1982, to film producer Allu Aravind and Nirmala.
Allu Ramalingaiah, a cinema comedian, was his paternal grandfather. Their hometown is Palakollu in Andhra Pradesh’s West Godavari district.
