Biography of Mohammed Shami
Shami was born into a family of five children in the village of Sahaspur in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
Shami was taken to Badruddin Siddique, a cricket coach in Moradabad, a town 22 kilometres (14 miles) from his home when he was 15 years old. His father Tauseef Ali was a farmer who had been a fast bowler in his childhood.
