In 2004, he made his Malayalam cinema debut in the vigilante film 4 The People, directed by Jayaraj, in which he played one of the four protagonists.
Later that year, he appeared in the Tamil film Chellamae as the antagonist. Critics praised his portrayal of Vishwa, a possessive adolescent who kidnaps his childhood friend whom he is smitten with despite the fact that she has married someone else.
In the Telugu adaptation Yuvasena, he repeated his role from 4 The People. He made his acting debut in Balaji Sakthivel’s Tamil romantic drama Kaadhal, in which he played a poor mechanic who falls in love and marries an affluent twelfth-grade student.
Shankar produced the picture, which was a critical and commercial triumph. His first film, Pattiyal, was a gangster thriller released in 2006.
The Vishnuvardhan-directed film received great reviews and went on to become a box office success, with Bharath receiving praise for his portrayal of a deaf and dumb hitman.

Primary source of Bharath Net worth (Acting)
Following Veyil, Bharath’s career took a hit, as all of his subsequent films, with the exception of Pazhani, were commercial flops.
He was going through an “image crisis” when he signed up for action and masala films, where he played “bigger than life angry young men,” “small town rowdy,” and “guy seeking revenge” characters. In 2007, he starred in Koodal Nagar, a box office debacle in which he played a dual role.
In 2008, he starred with Kajal Aggarwal and Khushbu in Perarasu’s Pazhani, which was followed by V. Z. Durai’s Nepali.
Muniyandi Vilangial Moonramandu, in which he collaborated with the Em Magan team once more, and Hari’s Seval were his other releases that year.
He appeared in Suresh Krishna’s Arumugam and Kanden Kadhalai, the Tamil version of the 2007 Bollywood blockbuster Jab We Met, in 2009.
The latter starred him in a very different role as a wealthy businessman, and it was his lone commercial hit in the previous two years.
Setbacks and success

Perarasu’s action-masala film Thiruthani, co-starring Sunaina, was his next film, which was a romantic comedy starring Rima Kallingal.
He also appeared in Vasanthabalan’s Aravaan as a guest star. In August of 2013, his romantic thriller Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu was launched.
The film, directed by Sasi, received favourable reviews upon its initial release, with one critic stating that he “had put a lot of effort and hard work into the part” and that he “is one single reason to watch the film.”
Bharath’s lone highest-grossing film in his career is Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu. With Jackpot, Bharath made his Bollywood debut (2013).
Bharath played Anthony D’Souza, a Goan from Puducherry, in the film, which was about four people trying to swindle one other for money.
