Falco was born on July 5, 1963, in the Brooklyn borough of New York City, the daughter of actress Judith Anderson and jazz drummer Frank Falco, who eventually worked for an advertising agency.
Her mother was of Swedish, English, and 1/16th Cornish origin, while her father was of Italian descent. Joseph and Paul are her two brothers, while Ruth is her sister.
